Description
A faithful reproduction of the traditional 3 section Girl Guide leather belt. Worn by all guides up to the late 1960s. Nickel alloy 2 part buckle & 2 split rings. Belt width is 31mm.
Stamped on the reverse side with ‘Genuine Brindle Leather. Made In England’ . The size is stamped into the end of the belt. Available exclusively through ‘Albert Prendergast’.
Dark Havana brown leather with an open end to allow for the waist adjustment via the nickel buckle. The 2 part buckle has the Girl Guide trefoil design on one half and ‘Girl Guides Association – Be Prepared’ on the other half.
These are brand new, hand made belts and not old belts that have been reconditioned. The metal parts are all in nickel alloy and the leather fastenings are riveted.
